Per sottolineare ognuno dei dettagli specifici che dovete conoscere per poter registrare e mantere un nome a dominio, abbiamo predisposto la tabella sottostante. Si tratta di un breve riassunto di tutte le estensioni per i nomi a dominio che offriamo e delle loro specifiche caratteristiche peculiari.

  ? È la durata massima per la quale un nome a dominio può essere di volta in volta registrato/rinnovato. Durata max. reg. ? Per la registrazione di alcuni nomi a dominio sono necessari ulteriori dettagli. Ulteriori dettagli ? Indica se è consentito il trasferimento da un registrar ad un altro. Trasferimento consentito ? La chiave EPP è una chiave per l'autorizzazione al trasferimento di un dominio, necessaria per poter trasferire un nome a dominio da un registrar ad un altro. Per il trasferimento di alcuni domini non è necessaria alcuna chiave EPP. Chiave EPP ? Per sicurezza è disponibile un'opzione per bloccare/sbloccare un dominio, che ne impedisce il furto o il trasferimento non autorizzato. Tale opzione non è però disponibile per alcuni domini. Blocco registrar ? Si riferisce alla Protezione della Privacy del Dominio. Si tratta di un servizio che nasconde i dettagli WHOIS del vostro dominio e li sostituisce con dati generici. Per alcuni domini questo servizio non è disponibile. Proteggi WHOIS ? Certi nomi a dominio, come .EU, .DE, .BE, .JP, possono essere rinnovati solo mediante il processo di rinnovo automatico. Di conseguenza, questi domini possono essere rinnovati solo 30 giorni prima della scadenza e prima della loro data di rinnovo (scadenza). Se la data di rinnovo viene superata senza che il dominio venga rinnovato, per questo dominio non saranno consentite modifiche e lo stesso continuerà a risolvere l'indirizzo fino alla sua rimozione dal registro. Rinnovo automatico predefinito ? In base alle restrizioni del registro per alcune estensioni di dominio non è consentito modificare / correggere i dettagli WHOIS.
